Awesome day today. Train ride and weather were great. Church was awesome. God is awesome.
After church, I went over to Selina's housing and used her kitchen to cook Chicken and Mushroom Risotto.. Haha... Haven't cooked it in so long!!! I had to substitute a lot of things... But it turned out okay!!
Arborio (risotto) rice --> Starchy Medium grain rice used for making Korean rice cake
Chicken stock --> Stock cube + water
Fresh thyme --> Dry thyme
Hehe.
After that... We went out to meet with a language exchange guy who was awesome!! Funny, enthusiastic and generous.. He is older than us, but still got along. Young Joo, please visit us in Sydney!

HAPPY EASTER GUYS! Jesus rose on the Third day.. as he said and as the prophecies of old have said. His resurrection meant that he has power over death, but more so, it means we who believe in him may share in his death and resurrection - a life beyond an earthly death... an eternal inheritance under the One and Only King.
Thankful: Jesus is the Risen Saviour. My sins have been taken apart from me as far as the East is from the West.
Prayerful: A new week... A lot of homework...
